SMS Consent & Communication Policy

Plantd, LLC (DBA Parsity) provides voice AI customer communication services for small businesses. As part of our service, we send SMS messages to customers who interact with our voice assistant or call our participating business phone lines.

How Consent Is Collected

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected verbally during phone calls. Our voice assistant asks the following before sending any text message:

"Before we wrap up, I'd like to send you a text summary of your service request to the number you're calling from. You can opt out of future messages anytime by replying STOP. Would that be okay?"

No SMS messages are sent without the caller's verbal confirmation.

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up communications related to a requested service

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically one message per service request. Message and data rates may apply.
