3.2 Message Frequency — Varies by interaction. Typically 1-5 messages per service request, including confirmations and follow-ups.

3.3 Message and Data Rates — Message and data rates may apply. Consult your carrier for details.

3.4 Opt-Out — Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
