The offer

A custom video teardown of your worst process. Free.

Not a generic AI pitch with your logo on it. You tell us the actual process. We record a walkthrough of how we would automate it, including the tools, the steps, and the parts that would be hard.

  1. You vent. One form, four questions. Tell us the process nobody wants to own. The messier the better, and you do not need to know anything technical.
  2. We record a teardown. A custom video for your specific problem. What we would build, roughly what it would take, and where it would break.
  3. You decide what to do with it. Hand it to your own people and build it. Or have us train your team to build these themselves so you are not dependent on us.
Submit Your Process, Get a Free Video

What we show you for free could save you what it would cost to hire someone to build it. Somewhere between $1,000 and $20,000, depending on the problem.

How the free teardown works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

1 You submit it Four questions, two minutes 2 We record it A video about your process 3 You get a plan Build it, or have us teach you

What you actually get

Three things, and none of them is a sales deck.

A video about your process

Your workflow, your tools, your bottleneck. Not a generic AI overview. If you tell us about the invoice reconciliation nobody wants to touch, the video is about that.

An honest no if it is a no

Plenty of processes are not worth automating, and some are not automatable at all. We will say so and explain why, which saves you from paying someone else to find out.

A build path, not a dependency

If it works for you, we train your team to build these themselves. You own the thing when we are done and you are not on a retainer to keep it running.

Tell us your worst process

Four questions. The first one is the only one that matters, so take your time with it and be specific.

Who is making the video

Brian Jenney

Brian Jenney

Founder, Parsity

Brian led development on the AI system an influencer marketing company used to help record labels like Roc Nation and Universal find TikTok influencers. Before that he was a founding engineer at an AI startup matching Fortune 500 buyers with suppliers, later acquired. He has built automations for companies like Roc Nation, Walmart and Clorox.

He also runs the training program that took more than 30 engineers through this work in the past year. Light on theory, heavy on what actually ships. Your video gets held to the same standard.

Questions we get

Is this really free?

Yes. No card, no call required, no contract. We make money training teams to build this stuff. The video is how you find out whether we are worth hiring for that.

What kind of processes work best?

Anything repetitive that touches documents, email, spreadsheets, or a support queue. If a person on your team is copying information from one place to another, that is usually a good candidate.

Do I need a technical team?

No. Some of the best submissions come from people who have never written a line of code. If the answer requires engineers you do not have, we will say that in the video instead of pretending otherwise.

How long does it take?

A few business days. A person records these, so we would rather be honest about the queue than promise you something in an hour.

Are you going to sell me something afterwards?

Only if you ask. You get the video whether you reply or not, and there is no follow up sequence attached to it.

You already know which process you would pick.

The one you thought of in the first five seconds of reading this page. Put that one in the form. Worst case you get a free video explaining why it is harder than it looks.
